Bharatiya Pashupalan Nigam Limited (BPNL) invites application for the position Training Incharge
Monthly Remuneration: 18500/- (Monthly Salary will be paid proportionate if target is not achieved by Applicants.)
Eligibility and Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a university established by law in India. Applicants having experience in work for getting admission in skill development training will be given priority in selection.
Functional Responsibility as per Post:
a. To promote the residential skill development training of the dairy farming, goat farming, Kadaknath poultry / poultry farming projects of the Nigam at the tehsil level.
b. To educate the rural unemployed youths interested in the agricultural animal husbandry sector and get admission in residential skill development training.
c. Target - minimum 120 monthly admissions in residential skill development training with the help of training coordinator.
d. Training in charge will have a team of 2 Training Coordinators, and Training in charge will be responsible for their team members daily tasks and activities
Age Limit: 21 to 40 years
