Job Description
To train field staff:
- To provide induction training and refresher training to field staff including drivers and
- To be involved as Trainer during all industrial / non-industrial training programs:
- To take up presentation and hands-on sessions on Dressing and Bandaging, CPR, &Vital
- To deliver training sessions on different topics of First Aid. These sessions should be
- interactive and customised to the needs and comprehension ability of different target-groups.
- To volunteer for supervising the trainees during hands-on sessions of other trainers
- To conduct telephonic interviews for paramedics:
- To conduct telephonic interviews for selecting paramedics
