Training Operations Manager
Job Description:
Reporting to the Head of Business Development/Sales, the Training Operations Manager will plan for and ensure the seamless execution of training programs for corporate organizations and public batches. This position will work with the sales and business development team to continuously improve the experience for our participants and educators.
Job Responsibilities:
Scheduling trainers/facilitators and logistics for training programmes
Perform client management and liaise with participants and corporate organizations (both locally and overseas) for planning and delivery of training programmes. Also includes conducting After Action Review (AAR) meetings to collect feedback from clients.
Collaborate with BD & Tech Team to manage & deploy trainers and facilitators for scheduled trainings.
Manage administrative tasks, such as scheduling, training requirements, training attendance and communication.
Collect, interpret, and predict training and learning-related data.
Other duties as necessary
Job Requirements:
Ability to work independently with minimal direction providing technical and non-technical support to multiple users
