Job Description:
- Critical order management on daily based calls, fax and emails from customers.
- Day to day interaction with end customers and clients.
- Documentation and reporting.
- Should be able to communicate with customers at all levels in verbal and written
- Good Communication and interpersonal skills
- Any Bachelor’s Degree (Completed/Pursuing)
- Attention to detail
- Team oriented/player, self motivated, have good email and telephone etiquettes
- Should be open to work in early morning shift
- Should be open to work for 6 days
