Translator/ Book-Reade/ Project Personnel job recruitment in Jadavpur University on temporary basis

Translator

No. of Posts :  4 (under RUSA-H)

Qualification :  with a minimum of 55% in M.A. in any discipline along with previous notable experience in translational work in English and Bengali. Basic knowledge in Computer.

Remuneration : Rs. 20,000.00 per month consolidated.

Book-Reader

No. of Posts :  12 (under RUSA-11)

Qualification :  Good reading capacity in Bengali, appropriatc voice for recording purpose.

Desirable : Graduation in Bengali/ English/ Comparative Literature. Experience in anchoring / talk show at Radio (FM / AM) / Television.

Remuneration : Rs. 200 per hour, daily at least 3 hours, maximum 60 hrs in average per month. Working Hours: as per schedule of the Centre. Candidates for these posts have to go through a voice test.

Project Personnel

No. of Posts :  3 (under RUSA-H)

Qualification : with a minimum qualification of Master's Degree in any discipline. Preference will be given to Education, Social Sciences, Disability Studies. Good writing & reading skills in both English and Bengali, Basic knowledge in Computer.

Remuneration: Rs. 18,000.00 per month consolidated.

Project Personnel

No. of Post : 1 (under Jadavpur University budget) to begin from 1 April 2019

Qualification : with a minimum qualification of Bachelor's Degree (Honours) in any discipline under Humanities or Social Sciences. Good writing & reading skills in both English and Bengali, Basic knowledge in Computer.

Desirable: Experience in disability related matter & disability studies

Remuneration: Rs. 14,000.00 (consolidated) per month
