1. Name of the Post: Translator (on Contract Basis)

3. Period of Engagement: The engagement of the Translator shall be initially for a term of six months, which can be extended up to two years maximum, on the basis of satisfactory erformance of the work.

4. Qualification: 

a) Possess a University degree as recognized under the law of India in any of the languages viz. English, Marathi and Hindi. Preference shall be given to candidates who are holder of Degree in Law, holding Post-graduate Diploma in Translation, MA (Translation Studies), Trained translator of National Translation Mission or Ph.D;

b) Be proficient in English and the following languages viz Marathi and Hindi.

c) Possess Certificate in Computer Proficiency like MS- CIT etc.

5. Duties and responsibilities of the Translator: To translate the documents from vernacular language/s to English language. It includes translation of Marathi, Hindi documents presented in Court proceedings into English and also to perform such duties of Translator, as may be directed from time to time by the Secretary and /or by Superior Officers.

6. Remuneration: The amount of monthly consolidated honorarium shall be Rs. 25,000/- for initial period and if the work found satisfactory then the same may be increased upto Rs.40, 000/-, subject to deduction of applicable taxes.

7. Leave: A candidate shall be eligible for eight days Casual Leave in a Calendar year. She/he shall not be entitled to an other Leave.

8. Termination: HCLSSC, Aurangabad holds the rights to terminate the services of Translator at any time without assigning any reason and without any prior notice.

Age Limit:

Candidate should not be less than 21 years and more than 38 years of age on the date of publication of this advertisement.
