Job Description

  • Urgent Requirement for Transport Operations Head-GM Post for Bangalore Location.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
Client Interactions: · 
  • Will be responsible to manage day to day operations. ·  
  • Fluent in English to communicate, correspond, and interact with clients. ·       
  • Driving effective operation Vis s vis on time Arrival, safety and security during transportation, vendor management, cab and driver quality, cost and automation. ·   
  • Continuous improvement through customer listening sessions, bench marking and surveys. ·    
  • Good employee leadership connect by maintaining regular interaction and sensitizing appropriately.
  • Ensuring compliance at all levels of operations. · 
  • Ensure all issues of serious nature including accidents/incidents are reported to the Business head on a real time basis. ·
  • Ensure all mails are answered on time. ·       
  • Ensure routing are optimal and cab utilization is effective. · 
  • Ensure procedures and policies of the Company are followed. ·
  • Ensure deployment is done effectively and proper rotation is maintained for the drivers. ·       
  • Participate in RFP / RFQ process with new clients. ·   
  • Manage spot rental requirements for clients as and when required basis. ·     
  • Visit / meet clients to collect feedback, update etc. and incorporate in the system. 
Operations, Billing & Payment: ·
  • Responsible to manage overall operations for all sites. 
  • Arrange and provide cabs to clients. ·   
  • Interact with site team on a daily basis to solve on-going queries / issues etc. ·   
  • Interaction with Vendors and deploy cabs for the Sites as and when required basis. ·
  • Interact with vendors to attend their queries / issues, ensure proper business, etc. ·        
  • Guide team to prepare MIS for vendor payments and present it to the management. ·   
  • Coordinate with accounts for on-time Billing and Payment for vendors. ·
  • Coordinate with Site Operations Team for smooth operations. ·  
  • Participate and arrange contractual process with outsourced vendors. ·    
  • Training: Plan out driver training for in-house and outsourced drivers.   
  • Education / Relevant Experience / Other Qualifications / Skills. 
  • Good planning and organizing skills. ·
  • Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation. 
  • Basic Computer Skills / knowledge. · 
  • Hands on experience on vendor management. ·  
  • Ability to maintain control, direction and motivation in a rapidly changing environment. · 
  • Excellent communication skills (written & spoken) 
  • Experience: 10-20 years in transport sector.  
  • Salary-50,000 to 1, 50,000
  • Assistant Manager-Admin
