JOB DESCRIPTION
- Supervising The Process That Deals Into End To End Airline Operation Handling, Customer Care Related Issues, Reservations, Web Site Support, Bulk Bookings Notification, Reissue, And Queues Management.
- Good Understanding For Domestic/International Fares And GDS Commands. (Amadeus/ Galileo). Preferred Experience In Pricing, Selling And Booking Air Reservations In GDS.
- Analysing The Team Strengths and Prioritising Work Amongst The Team Accordingly
- Supporting The Team In Generating System or Portal Related Requirements And Resolving The Query In Coordination With Concerned Departments.
- Following Up With Travel Agents In Case Of Any Escalated Query.
- Communicating The Updates & Information To Team Time To Time.
- Monitor The Quality Of Customer Service And Adherence To Prescribed TAT.
- Evaluates Issues/Problems, Proposes Solutions And Implements Action Plans, Informing And Escalating As Appropriate
- Constantly Evaluates The Performance Of Team Members As Per Prescribed TAT.
- Works With Other Functional Areas To Resolve Issues Related To The Coordination Of Information / Documentation For Submissions Etc.
- Flexible For Working In Shifts As Per Requirement.
