Minimum Candidate Proficiency Qualifications
- 4+ year's Travel Agency experience
- Hotel Reservations for corporate clients, mostly overseas.
- Knowledge of hotel aggregator reservations & direct hotel bookings
- Awareness of various hotel chains globally required
- Service Apartments, Long Stays familiarity
Qualitative Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written skills
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills (written and verbal) with a strong emphasis on detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask
- Strong customer service skills
Technical Qualifications
- Exceptional PC computer skills and PC familiarity
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
