Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Travel Advisor to manage corporate travel arrangements and hotel bookings worldwide. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, proficiency in email correspondence, and the ability to handle multiple bookings efficiently. This role requires you to work onsite at the client’s office, coordinating travel needs professionally and promptly.
Key Responsibilities
1. Travel & Hotel Booking Management
- Arrange flights, hotel accommodations, and transport for corporate clients.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and rebookings efficiently.
- Ensure all bookings comply with corporate travel policies and budgets.
2. Client Communication & Email Correspondence
- Interact with corporate clients and vendors via email and phone.
- Draft professional emails for travel confirmations, itinerary changes, and customer support.
- Maintain a record of all travel requests, invoices, and approvals.
3. Coordination & Troubleshooting
- Stay updated on visa requirements, airline policies, and travel restrictions.
- Provide clients with alternative travel options in case of disruptions.
- Work closely with travel agencies, airlines, and hotel partners for seamless service.
