Job Description
Key responsibilities:
1. Assist in creating exciting travel itineraries and packages for domestic and international destinations.
2. Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person to understand their travel requirements and provide personalized recommendations.
3. Negotiate with hotels, airlines, and other travel vendors to secure the best rates and deals for our clients.
4. Handle bookings, reservations, and ticketing processes efficiently and accurately.
5. Coordinate with local guides, transportation providers, and other service providers to ensure smooth execution of travel plans.
6. Resolve any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
7. Utilize MS-Excel to analyze travel data, generate reports, and track key metrics to identify business opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
