Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate and curate strategic plans around travel, process improvement, and business optimization
2. Support the team in maintaining efficient workflows and processes
3. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively
4. Conduct research and analysis to provide insights and support decision-making
5. Embrace a hands-on approach by actively participating in different projects and initiatives
6. Foster a creative and innovative environment by sharing fresh perspectives and ideas
7. Develop a proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting
8. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and suggestions
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably BBA, Operations Management
2. Strong research skills, multi-tasking, and excellent communication skills
3. Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous approach to work & proactive mindset
