Job Summary
Role : Travel Consultant
- Act as first point of contact for customers to support them on their travel needs
- Use the Company platform to issue tickets and hotels as per customer's request
- Suggest process improvements to reduce turn-around-time for fulfilling customer requests
- Get a chance to learn Advanced travel platforms such Amadeus, Galileo etc
- Should be an all rounder in booking flight/ bus/ train tickets, hotels
- Knowledge of visa processing, forex
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts/offs.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Good Communication Skills is mandatory.
Education qualification - graduate is mandatory
