Job Description

Handle tour enquiries received through different channels
Create tour packages as per customer need and follow it up with the customer for booking
Coordinate with clients for booking flight tickets, VISA as required
Coordinate with customer and accounts team for payment receipt and balance reminder
Handle unforeseen travel problems, complaints of the customers
Keep track of market trends in the travel industry including prices, customs, reviews etc.
Do your own research to handle customer enquiries flawlessly to maximize conversion
Participate and contribute to promotional and marketing events
Strengthen the existing relationship with the vendors and develop new ones
