Tours executive will understand client travel plans and provide right holiday plans to the client based on their preference, requirement and budget.
Skills to handle tour operations like booking of hotels, transport, guide allocation, flights etc. Issuing vouchers, itineraries, follow-up with service providers. Invoicing, file profitability and payment recovery.
Will handle all walk-ins, telephone and email enquiries related to Holiday packages and hotel bookings.
Candidate should have good knowledge of Domestic / Outbound Holiday packages. Experience in any one or more of the above segments is required. Vacancies exist in all sections.
Should be well versed with itinerary making, destination knowledge, costing and to have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good command over computer skills of Word, Excel, Power point and emails.
