Job Summary:

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, selling, and coordinating travel services for clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. This includes advising on travel options, creating personalized itineraries, booking transportation and accommodations, and handling any travel-related inquiries or issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Research and present travel packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, insurance, and car rentals.
• Create customized travel itineraries and provide detailed travel information.
• Make reservations using booking Galileo.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and emergencies with professionalism and speed.
• Stay up-to-date with travel trends, restrictions, and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after trips.
• Promote travel products and services to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain client records and manage follow-up communications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or similar role.
• Proficiency in travel booking software and reservation systems.
• Excellent knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
• Strong communication, sales, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client needs simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in travel or tourism (e.g., IATA, TICO, or equivalent).
• Experience in corporate travel planning or niche travel markets (e.g., luxury, adventure).
• Multilingual skills are a plus.
