Job Description
- Job Title: Travel Consultant - Fresher (Voice process)
- Job Location: Mumbai /Pune
- Job department: Frontline
- Reporting to: Team Lead
- Shift timing:24/7 according to schedule_Rotational (Night shifts are included)
Duties and responsibilities:
- Working in a state-of-the-art call center, as part of a dynamic customer support team.
- Managing high call volumes/email volumes and delivering exceptional quality services to our customers
- Offering products such as flights, hotels, car rentals, and insurance
- A seasoned travel professional with exceptional GDS knowledge
- Minimum Requirements: Excellent communication skills (Both Verbal & Written)
- Travel Industry knowledge is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills and sales abilities
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced call center environment
- Required skills Seeking best practice implementation and driving ideas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Good attention to detail
- Well organized, persistent with multitasking skills
- Competent quantitative skills (good in calculations)
- Ability to manage change and work under pressure
- Communicate and work closely with other departments to remain current on any updates
- Qualification: Minimum education requirements Graduate (Any stream)
