Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Plan travel itineraries: Research destinations, prices, weather, and customs. 
  • Book accommodations and transportation: Make reservations for flights, hotels, and excursions. 
  • Provide travel advice: Recommend restaurants, sightseeing destinations, and travel discounts. 
  • Handle travel documentation: Collect visa requirements and other travel documents. 
  • Prepare travel proposals and contracts: Follow up with clients to provide updates on their bookings. 
  • Maintain databases and statistical records: Collect deposits and payments.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a travel consultant or in a similar customer service role.
  • Knowledge of travel booking software and reservation systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Customer-oriented mindset.
