• Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process or while clients are traveling.
• Stay updated on industry trends, travel regulations, and new destinations to provide accurate information to clients.
• Utilize effective communication skills to cater to a diverse clientele.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A passion for travel and a strong desire to help clients create unforgettable experiences.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, with strong organizational skills.
• 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience in the travel and tourism industry.
