Job Description
- Well knowledge of domestic / outbound tour packages
- Handling walking clients
- Handling Hotel and Package bookings for Corporate business
- Negotiating with the suppliers on quotes.
- Doing On-line and offline reservation for Hotel bookings
- Making complete handover to the Client of air tickets, supplier voucher along with the day to day
- itinerary, briefing sheet etc.
- Co – coordinating and cross checking with the ticketing department regarding the air routing.
- Interaction and Coordination with the suppliers, hotels and agents.
- Co – coordinating on payment with suppliers and company accounts
