Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-organized and customer-focused Travel Executive to join our team. The Travel Executive is responsible for assisting clients with planning and booking their travel arrangements for both business and leisure purposes. This includes providing expert travel advice, preparing customized itineraries, managing reservations, and offering support before, during, and after travel. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Travel Consultation:

Understand client needs and preferences for their travel plans.

Provide accurate information about destinations, modes of transport, accommodation, visas, insurance, and local attractions.

Advise on travel options that best suit the client’s budget and requirements.

Booking and Reservations:

Make reservations for flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and travel insurance.

Coordinate all components of a trip including air tickets, hotel stays, car rentals, and other activities.

Issue travel documents and confirmations accurately and on time.

Itinerary Planning:

Create detailed, personalized travel itineraries including daily activities and schedules.

Ensure itineraries are well-organized, efficient, and cost-effective.

Customer Service and Support:

Provide pre-travel support including documentation, checklists, and updates.

Act as a point of contact for clients during their travel for emergency support or issue resolution.

Handle changes, rebookings, or cancellations when necessary.

Problem Resolution:

Address and resolve travel-related issues such as delays, cancellations, and service disruptions.

Liaise with airlines, hotels, and other service providers to manage complaints or make adjustments.

Administrative Duties:

Maintain accurate records of bookings and client communications.

Process invoices, receipts, refunds, and other paperwork.

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports as required by management.

Relationship Building:

Build and maintain positive relationships with corporate clients, vendors, and service partners.

Follow up with clients post-travel to gather feedback and encourage repeat business.

Sales and Upselling:

Promote travel packages, tours, and services to maximize sales.
