Position Overview: The Travel Executive Sales is responsible for generating sales, managing customer relationships, and promoting travel products and services to potential customers. The role involves identifying opportunities, handling inquiries, closing sales, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Experience – > = 6 months in sales especially for travel packages – Domestic and International destinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
Maintain and expand relationships with customers, ensuring repeat business.
Prepare and deliver tailored travel packages based on client’s needs.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
Provide clients with timely and accurate quotes for travel packages, accommodations, and services.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel supply partners.
Address and resolve client inquiries, complaints, and concerns regarding travel arrangements.
Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Ensuring the customer’s are satisfied with booking and share customer’s feedback with Management for improving client’s satisfaction
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
Stay updated with the latest trends in the travel industry, including destination options, accommodation, and tour packages.
Promote and sell travel products and services, including flights, tours, hotels, travel insurance, and other related services.
Customize travel itineraries to meet specific client requirements (e.g., leisure, business, group, corporate travel).
Sales Reporting and Analytics:
Track and report on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges.
Prepare reports and activity logs for the management team, as required.
Monitor competitors’ offerings, promotions, and pricing.
Event and Promotion Coordination:
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase travel packages.
Assist in the execution of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Collaboration and Teamwork:
Work closely with colleagues and suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Adherence to Company Policies:
Ensure compliance with company sales processes, policies, and legal requirements.
Ensure customer’s details / travel information / company’s data is not shared outside company’s domain
Maintain an accurate database of leads, clients, and sales activities.
