Job Description:
- We are looking for 1 to 2 years experience in Travel Industry for Travel website hardworking and self-motivated Travel consultant.
- We require candidates who have the ability to work in a dynamic & fast-paced environment with Travel Industry experience & Required English excellence both in verbal & writing.
Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Taking inbound calls & helping customers in getting perfect holiday packages, Switch selling the holiday, informing terms & conditions, sending booking quotes to the customers prior to bookings, sending confirmations, providing quality service.
- Providing support on fares and charges.
- Receiving calls and also providing support to the customer with the best destinations and guiding them with the best deals.
- Making professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements.
- A Clear understanding of the Tour & Travel business strategies then set goals and to determine action plans to meet those goals.
- Expert handling the Domestic & International customer queries over the phone call or on Email Chat and Up-selling skills would require.
