Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Interaction (Voice Process)

Handle inbound and outbound calls for US-based customers.

Understand customer requirements for travel services such as car rentals, hotels, and flights.

Respond to queries regarding pricing, availability, and booking procedures.

Maintain a friendly and professional tone during all customer interactions.
2. Travel Sales & Booking
-
Provide travel product options based on customer preferences and budget.

Book and confirm travel services in the reservation system accurately.

Cross-sell and upsell additional services such as travel insurance, upgrades, and premium packages.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
3. Problem Resolution

Address customer concerns regarding bookings, cancellations, changes, and refunds.

Liaise with hotels, airlines, and car rental partners to resolve booking-related issues.

Ensure timely follow-up with customers to provide booking confirmations and updates.
4. Documentation & Record-Keeping

Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and bookings in the CRM system.

Ensure that all bookings comply with company policies and international travel regulations.

Prepare sales and booking reports as required by the supervisor.
5. Coordination with Internal & External Stakeholders
-
Work closely with the operations and accounts team to ensure smooth payment processing.

Coordinate with travel partners for last-minute changes or special customer requests.

Provide feedback to the management team on improving travel offerings and customer service processes.
Skills and Competencies
Core Skills

Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English with a clear accent suitable for US customers.

Sales Ability: Ability to influence customer decisions and convert inquiries into bookings.

Product Knowledge: Understanding of travel products, destinations, airlines, hotels, and car rental services.

Technical Competencies

Experience with travel booking platforms such as Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo, or similar GDS systems (preferred).

Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office applications.

Understanding of US travel regulations, visa requirements, and cancellation policies.
