Job Summary
Tele Sales Executives Required for selling Tour Packages. Good incentives. Job location District Centre Janakpuri New Delhi West.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Able to make packages, itineraries.
- Prepare customize itineraries according to customer
- Handling queries over calls and chats related to flights, hotel bookings
- Regular follow ups with clients & vendors.
- Attending to customer queries for holiday packages through emails and phones calls.
- Plan, describe, arrange, and sell itinerary tour packages
- Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- MS Word / Email drafting / Good English ( spoken and Written)
