Job Description
Job Location : Gurgaon
Qualification : 12th Or Graduation
Salary : Upto 25K + Unlimited Incentives
Candidates Must Have Minimum 6 Month Of Experience
Candidates Must Have Knowledge About Travel Sales & Tour Package Sales
Convert leads into bookings with strong follow-up
Create customized itineraries based on client needs
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales and Lead Conversion

Respond promptly to travel inquiries from walk-in clients, phone calls, emails, and online platforms.

Understand customer travel preferences, budgets, and schedules.

Recommend suitable travel packages including flight, hotel, visa, sightseeing, transfers, and insurance.

Upsell travel-related services such as travel insurance, seat upgrades, and holiday add-ons.

Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive and consultative sales approaches.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
2. Travel Planning and Booking

Prepare customized itineraries for individuals, families, and groups based on preferences.

Book flights, accommodations, transportation, activities, and guided tours using GDS (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo) or OTA platforms.

Provide travel advisories, visa requirements, and destination-specific guidance to clients.

Ensure all bookings are accurate and confirm travel details with customers.
3. Customer Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients to encourage repeat business.

Handle post-sale support, modifications, cancellations, and refund processing efficiently.

Address customer queries, complaints, or last-minute changes in a professional manner.

Follow up with clients for feedback and satisfaction after travel completion.
4. Administrative and Reporting Tasks

Maintain accurate customer records, bookings, payments, and travel documentation.

Update CRM systems or sales trackers with daily performance, pipeline status, and follow-ups.

Collaborate with internal departments such as accounts and operations for seamless delivery.

Prepare reports on sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends.
5. Market Knowledge and Product Awareness

Stay updated on new travel trends, destinations, airline policies, hotel offers, and seasonal packages.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of visa rules, travel restrictions, and health advisories.

Attend travel exhibitions, webinars, and supplier presentations when required.
