Introduction
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Travel Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting travel packages, selling tour services, handling client inquiries, and closing sales deals. You will act as the primary point of contact for travelers, ensuring that they get the best travel experience while meeting the company’s sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development

Promote and sell holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, visas, and travel insurance.

Identify potential clients through cold calls, referrals, walk-ins, and online leads.

Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales as per company targets.

Understand client requirements and suggest customized travel solutions.
2. Customer Relationship Management

Build strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.

Provide accurate information about destinations, itineraries, pricing, and offers.

Maintain constant follow-ups to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Handle customer complaints professionally and provide quick resolutions.
3. Marketing & Lead Generation

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote seasonal offers and travel packages.

Assist in social media promotions, email campaigns, and travel events.

Participate in travel fairs, exhibitions, and promotional roadshows to generate leads.
4. Coordination & Documentation

Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and visa consultants.

Ensure proper documentation for bookings, visas, and travel insurance.

Handle payment collections and provide timely invoices.

Update client data and booking details in the company’s CRM system.
5. Reporting & Analysis

Maintain daily reports of inquiries, leads, and bookings.

Analyze customer preferences and suggest new packages to management.

Provide feedback to the product and operations team for service improvement.
Technical Skills
-
Knowledge of GDS / booking systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.) preferred.

Basic computer skills – MS Office, CRM, and email communication.

Familiarity with domestic and international destinations.
