Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and develop relationships with schools, colleges, universities, and educational organizations.
Promote customized educational travel programs (e.g., study tours, exchange programs, cultural trips, adventure learning).
Conduct presentations and meetings with decision-makers (principals, heads of departments, etc.).
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable travel packages tailored to their educational goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to design itineraries, plan logistics, and ensure smooth execution of trips.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups to convert leads into sales.
Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Attend education fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote the organization’s travel offerings.
Maintain accurate records of clients, sales activities, and market feedback.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in travel or the education sector.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel locally or regionally to meet clients and attend events.
- Familiarity with educational travel programs and academic calendars is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
