Job Description
Job Summary:
As a Tour Telecaller, you will play a key role in promoting tour and travel packages to potential and existing customers. Your responsibilities include making outbound calls, answering inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining customer relationships. You will also be responsible for updating records, meeting sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to introduce and promote domestic and international tour packages.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable travel options.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding pricing, itinerary details, booking procedures, and travel policies.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, online inquiries, and referrals.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by providing complete and persuasive information.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, leads, and sales via CRM or call logs.
- Work closely with the sales and operations team to process bookings and coordinate customer requests.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Keep updated knowledge of current travel packages, offers, and company promotions.
- Prior experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or sales executive preferred (travel industry experience is an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, Hindi, or regional languages.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Good understanding of travel destinations, packages, and itineraries (training will be provided).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
