Job Description

Book reservations for travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events, such as tours and excursions
Tell clients about what their trip will be like, including giving details on required documents, such as passports or visas
Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip selling holidays and insurance
meeting profit or sales targets
preparing promotional materials and displays.
To welcome the guest and make them comfortable.
Talk to the guest and understand their requirement, based on their request suggest the suitable destinations.
To fill up the enquiry report and send it to the respective Manager/HOD.
To do the follow up with the customer till the enquiry converts into the booking.
To coordinate with operations team with suitable quotations based on itinerary.
More than 1-year experience.
To handle walk-in customer / corporate clients for air ticket booking.
To handle customer / corporate promptly.
To understand customer’s requirement and deal it effectively.
To deal with the airline sales team.
To handle issuance, reissuance, cancellation, refunds request very effectively.
To update and educate customer regarding Rainbow Travel Services passport, visa, forex services and helping in cross selling and revenue generation.
To confirm all required details with the customer and booking Domestic/International air tickets.
To coordinate with the superiors for any complaints, grievance for smooth functioning.
To assist customer in filling any required documents or forms.
To maintain daily MIS and update to the respective reporting head.
