Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Meet or exceed established sales goals
2. Design custom tailor-made itineraries in consultation with guests
3. Evaluate pricing received from third-party suppliers to ensure value
4. Communicate and advocate product and price value in support of successful conversions
5. Confirm required services with third-party suppliers
6. Manage all financial aspects of booking according to company guidelines
7. Maximize conversions by following up on Quote pending bookings in the established timeframe
8. Demonstrate competency in destination knowledge
9. Meet or exceed established service standards
10. Coordinate with third-party supplier for arranging all pre and final documents, and assist with guest
11. Assist guest relations on post-tour issues to ensure guest satisfaction is maintained
