Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Coordinating and processing vendor payments.
- Solely responsible for funds disbursement and remittance through various Branches.
- Solely responsible for preparing funds flow and cash flow statements with a view to monitor inflow & outflow of funds.
- Coordination and timely intimation to the respective branches after obligatory fund disbursement through various mode i.e. RTGS (UTR code generation) and NEFT within a prescribed time.
- Responsible for identification of Excess funds and pool the same from Branch Bank account to HO account.
- Responsible for follow up activities for excess cash and bank balances as a part of Risk Management activities.
- Solely responsible for ensuring all Banking formalities at Branch level for Identification of Bank, account opening and Reauthorization process on TAT basis and carryout the operations from HO to Branch level.
- Responsible for closing Non operating Bank accounts and ensure that all the closure proceeds are received and accounted.
- Updating daily MIS reports
- Publishing Hourly bank statements with different department of the organization.
