Project Title : "Microbial roles in yield management of Scented Rice of north east India"
Qualification : M.Sc in Botany/Microbiology/Biotechnology with at least 55% marks.
No. of Posts : 02
Fellowship : Rs. 25,000/- + 10% HRA for NET/GATE qualified candidate for 1st two years and 28,000/- + 10% HRA for 3rd year otherwise, it shall be 12,000/- +10% HRA for 1st two years and 14,000/- + 10% HRA for 3rd year.

Maharaja Bir Bikram (MBB) College, the first degree college in the State, started functioning under the University of Calcutta only in 1947.
