Tuition center In Mylapore and Mandaveli
Key Responsibilities:
1. Subject-Specific Teaching (Based on Grade):

Kindergarten (LKG & UKG): Focus on phonics, letters, numbers, basic Tamil/English reading, writing, drawing, and storytelling.

Primary (1st–5th Std): Teach all core subjects – Tamil, English, Math, EVS/Science, and Social Science using interactive and engaging methods.

Middle School (6th–8th Std): Strengthen core concepts in Math, Science, and Languages with subject-specific activities.

High School (9th–10th Std): Prepare students for Tamil Nadu SSLC/CBSE Board with focus on exam writing techniques and revision plans.

Higher Secondary (11th–12th Std): Provide in-depth subject coaching in Science, Commerce, or Arts streams, tailored to the syllabus with emphasis on board preparation and time management.
2. Medium of Instruction:

Teach students fluently in Tamil or English, based on their preferred language and curriculum.

Translate difficult concepts from English to Tamil or vice versa for better understanding.

Use bilingual materials, worksheets, and explanations to help bridge the language gap for students.
3. Lesson Planning and Curriculum Alignment:

Design lesson plans aligned with the Samacheer Kalvi or CBSE curriculum.

Prepare study materials, notes, and practice worksheets tailored to the student’s grade and learning pace.

Follow the academic calendar and cover syllabus on time with periodic revision.

Identify student learning gaps and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
4. Student Evaluation and Feedback:

Conduct regular assessments, oral tests, and written practice to evaluate student performance.

Provide timely feedback to students and parents about progress, strengths, and areas of improvement.

Track performance using a simple record-keeping method or student progress tracker.
5. Communication with Parents:

Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents about attendance, academic progress, and behavior.

Provide suggestions to parents on how they can support the child at home.

Address concerns and work in partnership with parents to meet the child’s academic goals.
6. Teaching Mode & Tools:

Conduct in-person or online classes depending on availability and student preference.

Use digital tools like Zoom, Google Meet, or WhatsApp for remote classes (if applicable).

Use visual aids, charts, flashcards, and audio-visual material for engaging lessons.

Maintain discipline and focus during sessions, whether in-home or virtual.
