Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Visit the student's home location for demo and conduct regular classes (if demo gets cleared)- Complete the syllabus in time and in accordance with the curriculum- Be regular and punctual for the assigned tution- Be comfortable with the student and should have a pleasant personality with good communication skills- Clear doubts and help students understand the importance of specific topic for the exam purpose- Communicate regularly with the parents and the area champions about the student progress and trouble to keep him updated- Continuously counsel students in order to build confidence in the student and keep him/her motivated towards studies- The candidate must find ways to involve students in their lessons and learning
