Key Responsibilities:
1. Teaching & Academic Support
- Conduct one-on-one or group tutoring sessions based on students’ learning needs.
- Explain complex concepts in a simplified and engaging manner.
- Use various teaching methods, including visual aids, practice exercises, and interactive learning techniques.
- Assign homework, practice tests, and exercises to reinforce learning.
2. Student Assessment & Progress Tracking
- Assess students’ current knowledge and identify areas that need improvement.
- Develop customized lesson plans tailored to students' learning pace and abilities.
- Track progress through quizzes, tests, and feedback sessions.
- Provide detailed progress reports to parents/guardians when necessary.
3. Exam Preparation & Study Strategies
- Help students prepare for school exams, entrance tests, and competitive exams.
- Teach time management and effective study techniques.
- Provide practice tests and past exam papers for revision.
- Offer tips and strategies to improve test performance.
4. Motivation & Mentoring
- Encourage students to develop a positive attitude toward learning.
- Build students’ confidence and problem-solving skills.
- Provide guidance on academic and career-related decisions if needed.
5. Communication & Collaboration
- Regularly update parents or guardians on students’ progress.
- Work with schoolteachers (if required) to align tutoring with school curriculum.
