Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Typing Executive to join our BPO team. The candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in our systems and databases. This role is ideal for individuals with strong keyboard skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:-
Enter data accurately into internal systems and client databases

Perform routine typing tasks, including converting handwritten documents to digital formats

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality

Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy

Follow company and client-specific data entry procedures and formatting rules
Core Skills:

Typing Speed: Minimum of 35–50 words per minute (WPM) with at least 95% accuracy

Attention to Detail: Ability to detect and correct typographical, grammatical, and factual errors
-
Computer Proficiency: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word), Google Docs, and email tools

Data Handling: Comfortable working with large volumes of information quickly and accurately

Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks within deadlines

Teamwork: Capable of working in a team setting with a willingness to help peers when needed
