Key Responsibilities
1. Data Entry & Typing

Accurately type data from source documents into the company database or assigned formats.

Ensure error-free and consistent formatting of documents.

Convert handwritten documents into digital text where required.
2. Document Management

Maintain digital files, spreadsheets, and reports systematically.

Update records and ensure accuracy across all platforms.

Verify and cross-check data for correctness before submission.
3. Quality & Timeliness

Meet daily/weekly typing targets as assigned.

Ensure high accuracy and maintain quality standards while typing.

Complete assigned work within stipulated timelines.
4. Coordination & Reporting
-
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding task updates.

Submit daily progress reports and escalate issues if required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
-
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Docs.

Familiarity with data entry tools and typing software (added advantage).

Internet browsing skills for document referencing when required.
Typing Skills
-
Minimum typing speed: 30–40 words per minute (WPM).

Accuracy level: 90% or above preferred.
Soft Skills

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Good time management and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
