RESPONSIBILITIES:

·         Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, emails, and managing schedules

·         Create and maintain documents, presentations, and other materials

·         Assist with data entry and other clerical tasks

·         Provide customer service to clients and vendors

·         Maintain office supplies and equipment

·         Perform other duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

·         Excellent typing skills

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

·         Strong organizational and time management skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         High school diploma or equivalent

Salary Bracket: 7,000 – 10,000 per month (as per the interview feedback)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Time: 10 am – 7 pm
