Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze drafts, corrected reports, voice recordings and dictation devices to type information in a way that is usable and organized.
  • Edit completed material to eliminate unnecessary wording and ensure compliance with grammar, spelling and formatting rules.
  • Familiarity with computer filing systems
  • Strong understanding of formatting and editing
  • Three or more years of experience with data entry, word processing or typing responsibilities

Required Skills & Competencies

1. Technical Skills

  • Typing Speed: Minimum 35–50 words per minute with high accuracy.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer operations.

  • Knowledge of document formatting and digital data management.

2. Communication Skills

  • Basic written and verbal communication abilities.

  • Ability to understand instructions and coordinate with team members.

3. Personal Attributes

  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.

  • Discretion when handling confidential information.
