Responsibilities:
- Actively aid the consulting team in different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design and deployment.,
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.,
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Unified Communication domain with Skills - MS Lync/Skype for Business with Enterprise Voice, Extensive knowledge and experience on complete design and deployment of Microsoft Lync/SFB, ,
- Expertise in troubleshooting end-to-end business critical issues which include network services and components, integrated (with other solutions) video and audio conferences etc.
- He/she should have expertise and experience in working on end to end monitoring and reporting tools (like EventZero, SCOM, Solarwinds, Netscout etc) in the Unified communication domain.,
- Good knowledge on PSTN/PBAX networks.,
- Excellent problem solving skills with desire to take on responsibility.,
- Excellent communication skills, should have worked in global delivery model.,
- Good understanding on product SLA’s and support metrics.,
- Ability to grasp problems and understand issues quickly and provide solutions.,
