Job Description
Translate business and user needs into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Create consistent, hierarchy-driven layouts and ensure strong visual design fundamentals (typography, colour, spacing, and composition).
Design interaction patterns and states (e.g., hover, focus, empty, error, success) that improve usability and consistency.
Contribute to and maintain design systems, templates, and standards aligned to the Novartis Experience.
Partner with Product and Engineering to iterate through design sprints and support lean, Agile delivery.
Prepare clear design specifications and assets to enable efficient developer handoff.
Communicate design decisions and rationale effectively, using data and user insights where available.
Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders; incorporate feedback and critique constructively.
Document work using approved Novartis UI templates and naming conventions.
