Job Description
Job Summary
- We are currently looking for a UI / UX Developer who will use specialist skills and knowledge in graphic drawing and design, web technology and multimedia development, to provide flexible e-learning solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields
- Create simple yet modern graphics, wireframes, illusrations, infographics, icons, animations, and interactivity design for e-learning and websites.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images
- Update existing content based on required changes/updates and end-user feedback.
- Creative analysis, program and template development for learning Simulation and web-based training products.
- Create effective design solutions to complex UI problems with easy to understand, aesthetically appealing and consistent user experiences
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
- knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop
- Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Proficient in HTML, CSS and Javascript

Bloombench is a LIVE learning platform that teaches Computer Programming and affiliated courses to students. The platform consists of a bi-directional Audio/Video, a collaborative code editor and a digital whiteboard which the instructor uses to explain the concepts. This simulates an instructor led lecture in a classroom, where the students code on their computers – all in a virtual environment.
Courses taught currently are fundamentals in Programming including C,C++, Java , Data Structures and Algorithms. Courses are taught by teachers with a combined experience of over 20 years with over 25,000 students.
