Job Description
The Role:
In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, quality assurance analysts, and developersto build and maintain websites and web apps. You will collaborate closely with developers.
Responsibilities:
- Write clean and responsive HTML5 and CSS3 code to be used by developers in websites.
- Update css and some html code directly in running php (framework or cms) based websites.
- Take ownership of HTML and CSS development within the team.
- Define and maintain HTML and CSS guidelines and best practices and make sure these guidelines are understood and followed by all developers.
- Ensure all products we build are responsive and work well on all browsers and devices.
- Maintain quality by establishing and enforcing development standards.
- Expert knowledge of HTML 5 and CSS 3
- Expert knowledge of responsive design
- Expert knowledge of bootstrap framework
- Some knowledge of CSS 3 animations.
- Experience in writing HTML for SEO will be an advantage.
- Experience with Javascript, jQuery, Angularjs or other js frameworks is a plus.
- Experience with Php, Wordpress or Magento is a plus.
- Experience of accessibility standards
- Strong coding and documentation habits are essential.
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to perform in a demanding environment together with a flexible attitude
