Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues reported by users.
Installation and Configuration
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems such as Windows, Linux, or macOS.
Install and update software applications as per company requirements.
User Account Management
Create and manage user accounts in Active Directory.
Reset passwords and manage user access permissions.
Hardware Maintenance
Diagnose and repair hardware issues such as RAM, hard drives, motherboards, and peripherals.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacement if required.
Network Support
Troubleshoot basic network issues like LAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, IP configuration, and VPN access.
