Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Technical Support
Provide technical support to end users for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Installation and Configuration
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software.
Set up new desktops, laptops, and workstations for employees.
Hardware Maintenance
Diagnose and repair desktop hardware issues such as RAM, hard disk, motherboard, and peripherals.
Replace faulty components when required.
User Account Management
Assist in creating and managing user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Network Support
Provide basic support for LAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and network troubleshooting.
Ticket Handling
Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues within the defined SLA.
Document problems and solutions in the ticketing system.
System Updates and Security
Perform software updates, patches, and antivirus installations.
Ensure systems follow security policies and compliance standards.
