We're hiring a UI/UX and Graphic Design Intern
Work from Office – Salem, Tamil Nadu
Education: Degree in a related field like Design, Multimedia, or Computer Science.
Duration: 3 Months to 6 Months
Notice period: Immediate

Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design Support

Assist in designing wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Collaborate with the product and development teams to create smooth, intuitive user experiences.

Participate in user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.

Help create user journey maps, personas, and UI components under the guidance of senior designers.

Support the maintenance of design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
Graphic Design Work

Design visual assets for marketing and communications including banners, social media graphics, posters, email templates, brochures, and presentations.

Contribute to branding projects including logo iterations, color palette exploration, and typography selection.

Edit and retouch images, create infographics, and assist in preparing materials for both digital and print platforms.

Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually aligned with the brand’s identity and guidelines.
Collaboration and Communication

Work cross-functionally with marketing, development, and content teams to ensure consistent visual communication across platforms.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input on design projects.

Accept feedback constructively and make design revisions based on team or client direction.

Attend design reviews, internal stand-ups, and project meetings to stay aligned with project timelines and goals.
Tools and Workflow

Use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Sketch for creating assets and mockups.

Assist in exporting, organizing, and naming files properly for handoff to developers or marketing teams.

Learn to manage design projects using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Slack) if applicable.

Contribute to asset libraries and repositories with proper labeling and categorization.
