About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gather and evaluate design requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps
3. Design graphic user interface for mobile app, website, and email communications
4. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
5. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
6. Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (responsiveness)
8. Design responsive and dynamic email newsletters
9. Conduct layout adjustments based on feedback
10. Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors, and images

Other requirements
1. Proven work experience as a UI/UX designer or a similar role
2. Sound knowledge and experience working with HTML, CSS, and wireframe tools (e.g. wireframe and InVision)
3. Should have up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator, XD and Photoshop
4. Team spirit and strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
5. Excellent time-management skills
6. Should know prototyping, wireframing, user flows, mockups
7. Should know visual design and design software
8. Should know user research and usability testing
9. Should be well-versed in PSD to HTML conversion
