Job Description
About the internship
Everwell is looking for highly motivated design interns who will be joining our design team to help in product design and implementation with the objective to enhance product user experience and graphic design.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design UI mockups and prototypes
2. Create original graphic designs (e.g. infographics, banner images, marketing materials)
3. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems
4. Conduct layout & design adjustments based on feedback
5. Prepare and present drafts to internal teams
6. Participate in weekly design meetings & review

Other requirements
1. Education/certification in product design and graphic designing
2. Knowledge of UI and UX
3. Must have good interpersonal & communication skills
4. Experience with design tools like Figma, Sketch, XD
5. Ability to communicate with users and evaluate requirements
6. Ability to work independently and take ownership of work
7. Prior experience in design is a plus
8. Ability to assess and review design problems
