Job Description
1. Design solutions to real problems and ship great features in our UI
2. Produce high-quality solutions through flow diagrams, graphic designs, storyboards, and site maps
3. Guide the implementation of UX research techniques and testing activities
4. Work relentlessly to understand our customers
5. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product to craft experiences that are a joy to use
6. Work in the best medium for the stage of the product development lifecycle you're in, whether that be documents, mockups, prototypes, or presentations
7. Use design thinking principles during empathy sessions with customers to drive UI requirements and UX flows
8. Orient solutions around clear goals, audiences, timeframes, and realistic technical capabilities while always pushing to deliver the best possible experience
9. Participate in critiques

have relevant skills and interests
1. Must have a deep interest and understanding of UIUX design
2. Must have a UI design portfolio that reflects a strong understanding of both visual design and UX design
3. Must have the ability to design polished UI mockups using InVision, Figma, Moqups, or other similar tools
4. Must have the ability to design UX flows using Miro, Figma, Sketch, or other similar tools
5. Must have a passion for creating great user experiences and a growth mindset
6. Must have strong visual and interaction design fundamentals
7. Must have an eye towards evolving industry best practices for design systems
8. Must have experience working with Figma's component libraries
